Free
Consultation: We'll
travel to your home, office, or event location to discuss your
needs for your event. Some items we will be discussing include: |

Menu
Planning: We
will use your vision and our expertise to create the perfect
menu for your event. We have a wide range of local and multi-cultural
recipes for you to choose from to help create that special menu. |

Time
of Party: This
plays a crucial role in the cost of the event: i.e., a dinner
party requires a much heavier menu and more service time than
a luncheon, an afternoon teas or a late cocktail reception. |

Length
of Event: Our
normal service is 4 hours, including set up and clean up of
the kitchen area and buffet service area. Additional staff and
time may be added to any event. We have available a full professional
support staff including bartenders, hostess service, coat check,
wait servers and kitchen staff. Please contact us for additional

Rentals:
We
offer any rental items you may require, including glassware,
china, linens, chairs, tables, outdoor tents and more. Please

Service
Staff : We
can staff your party with our professional uniformed servers,
bartenders,
hostess
and kitchen staff. We'll even set up and tear down your tables
and chairs if you desire. We take pride in the fact that our
staff has been working for us for many years. |

will give you quotes and information on decorating, music, audio
visual equipment, table set up, plant rental and more. |
